$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install python-flask-babel 

python-flask-babel is installed in your system.

Make ensure the python-flask-babel package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-flask-babel *

You will get with python-flask-babel package name, version, architecture and description in a table
